Name of Vacancies:-
According to the official notification under the Yuvashree scheme launched several years ago by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the vacancies to be recruited through free training are-
- Phlebotomy
- Hospital Executive
- Chief Manager
- Senior Manager
- Assistant Manager (Commercial)
- Deputy Manager
- Manager
- Assistant Manager (IT)
Educational Qualification, Age Limit, and Pay Scale:-
In order to apply for employment through training in the above vacancies, the qualifications required by the applicant for the post are-
Phlebotomy-
In order to apply for this post, the job aspirants must have passed a minimum higher secondary or equivalent examination from any government-recognized board. In this case, the age of the applicant should be between 18-32 years. 35,000/- per month will be paid after completion of training for this post.
Hospital Executive-
Candidates must have passed graduation from any recognized university recognized by AICTE/UGC while applying for this post. In this case, also the age of the applicant should be between 28-32 years. The selected candidates for this post will be paid a salary of Rs 45,000 per month after training.
Chief Manager-
Candidates must have passed Engineering Graduation or MCA in Electronics/Computer Science from any recognized institution recognized by AICTE/UGC while applying for this post. Or must have passed a 2-year post-graduation degree/diploma course or MBA in finance management. Also should have at least 13 years of working experience in related posts.
Also if an applicant has done M.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science then he/she will get preference in this case. For this post applicant’s age should be a maximum of 42 years. Selected candidates for this post will be paid a salary ranging from Tk 80,000-2,20000 per month after training.
Senior Manager-
In order to apply for this post, the job seeker should have completed 2 year MBA or 2 years post-graduation degree or diploma course in Management from any recognized institution recognized by AICTE/UGC. Also should have at least 11 years of working experience in the concerned post.
Also if an applicant has done MBA in Marketing/Advertising and Brand Management then he/she will get preference in this case. For this post, the age of the applicant should be a maximum of 40 years. The selected candidates for this post will be paid a salary ranging from Tk 70,000-2,00,000 per month after training.
Assistant Manager (Commercial)-
In applying for this post, the job seeker should have completed Engineering Graduation or 2 years MBA Course or Post Graduation Degree or Diploma Course in Management from any recognized institution recognized by AICTE/UGC.
Also should have at least 1 year of working experience in the relevant post. In this case, the age of the applicant should be within 27 years maximum. The selected candidates for this post will be paid Rs 40,000-1,40,000 per month after placement in the job after training.
Deputy Manager-
In applying for this post, the job seeker should have completed Engineering Graduation or 2 years MBA Course or Post Graduation Degree or Diploma Course in Management from any recognized institution recognized by AICTE/UGC.
Also should have at least 5 years of working experience in the relevant post. In this case, the age of the applicant should be a maximum of 32 years. The selected candidates for this post will be paid a salary ranging from Tk 50,000-1,60,000 per month after training.
Manager-

Also should have at least 9 years of working experience in the relevant post. In this case, the age of the applicant should be a maximum of 37 years. The selected candidates for this post will be paid Rs 60,000-1,80,000 per month after placement in the job after training.
Assistant Manager (IT)-
Candidates should have passed Engineering Graduation or MCA in any discipline from any institution recognized by AICTE/UGC while applying for this post. Also should have at least 1 year of working experience in the relevant post. In this case, the age of the applicant should be within 27 years maximum. The selected candidates for this post will be paid Rs 40,000-1,40,000 per month after placement in the job after training.

Job aspirants have to apply online to apply for jobs through free training in the above vacancies under the Yuvashri scheme. The steps to be followed for that are-
- First, by directly clicking on the official website link given at the very end of this report or by typing www.balmerlawrie.com/pages/currentopening in the google search box, the official website of this recruitment process should be searched.
- Then enter the website and click on the link provided for registration and complete the registration with all the necessary information.
- Once the registration is done, a User Id and Password will be given by the concerned department and you have to log in with that.
- After that, an online application form will appear, fill the form with the required information according to the specified place and click on Save and Next Button.
- After that, the applicant will scan and upload all the necessary documents including educational qualification documents for the post and click on the submit button to complete the application.
- Finally take a printout of this application form and keep it with you.

- Scanned secondary school admit card or birth certificate as proof of age.

Candidate Selection Process:-
After completing the online application process here a shortlist will be prepared based on the educational qualification of the applying candidates. Those whose names will be on this list will be called for an interview and skill test by sending an interview letter. A final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained and those who will be considered eligible will be selected the joining letter will be sent and after 6 months of training they will be appointed to the job.
