WE Card Prakalpa 2022: Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has announced a new prakalpa “WE Card Prakalpa” as same as Laxmi Bhander. From this WE Card prakalpa women’s can get 1000 rupees per month.
Mamata Banerjee said that, if you win in North-East India in the Assembly elections, then start WE Card Prakalpa.
What are WE Card Prakalpa?
Although this new scheme is implemented on the model of Lakshmi Bhandar, this new scheme is slightly different from Lakshmi Bhandar in terms of grant distribution. Under the Lakshmi Bhandar scheme, women are given Rs 500 to Rs 1,000 depending on the community they belong to.
According to the announcement of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, it is known that under the We Card project, every woman will be given 1000 rupees by the Trinamool Congress. And already more than 10 thousand women have applied for the service.

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said:
Mamata has promised to launch the ‘We Card’ scheme like the Laxmi Bhandar scheme when she comes to power. He announced that 12,000 rupees will be deposited into the accounts of women in Meghalaya every year through this project. Trinamool of Meghalaya claimed that the West Bengal Chief Minister announced this project and got a huge response from the women of Meghalaya.
The leadership there claims that many women are coming and enrolling every day. And the party has also expressed hope that its impact is going to fall in the elections. Trinamool made a bunch of promises for women in the last Goa assembly elections. But it did not work.
Despite the increase in votes, they could not open their accounts in the assembly. Let’s see if Meghalaya can win by promising the ‘We Card’ scheme for women.
