Group Head – Quality (Module FQC & PDL, IPQCL):

Experience -10+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech

Ensure compliance as per approved QAP’s & test plan including reliability testing, continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities to ensure achievement of quality and organizational goals.

Lead Maintenance – Shift Engineer:

Experience -4+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech –Electrical/ Electronics

Responsible for shift Maintenance, which includes Ensuring Uptime, Preventive Maintenance, Safety, Spares Management and SAP activities.

Lead Associate – Material/ Stores Management:

Experience -6+ Years

Education – Diploma/ MM Preferrable

Responsible for overall Material and Finished goods Handling, Tracko=ing, Inventory Accuracy, Audit, SAP Controls & MIS.

Executive Secretary:

Experience -5+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech –Electronics/ Mech

Provide administrative support on areas such as travel, calendar management, MIS & reporting, coordination with stakeholders, etc.

Lead – Business Excellence:

Experience -4+ Years

Education – BE/MCA

Drive various Business Excellence initiatives and KPls in the organization, including departmental reviews, benchmarking and adopting best practices, internal audits, innovation council reviews, ISO documentation & implementation, etc.

Lead – Direct Taxation:

Experience -3+ Years

Education – CA

Manage Tax Planning, overalltax compliance, filling of returns, Income Tax assessment, etc.

Lead –Legal:

Experience -3+ Years

Education – LLB

Assist in handling and managing litigation pertaining to Renewable Industry including regulatory matters/ land acquisition matters in courts and tribunals across the country, advising on commercial contracts and agreements, risk analysis and mitigation.

Lead – Accounts:

Experience -4+ Years

Education – CA

Responsible for accounts closing, preparation of financial statements, project accounting, capitalization of assets, fixed asset accounting, MIS & board presentations, preparation of tax calculations and advance tac, and coordination with auditors.

Lead – MIS & Budgeting:

Experience -2+ Years

Education – CA

Responsible for finalization and monitoring of ABP, review of financial statements, analysis of financial information, and providing strategic recommendations to the Senior Management team.

Cluster Lead – Cell Process Engineering:

Experience -5+ Years

Education – BE/M.Tech –Electronics/ Chemical

Carry out Equipment Engineering activities of wet chemical process, address all the equipment related deviations for all lines, work with uthlities team in addressing efficiency related technical issues.

Shift Engineer – Process & Equipment:

Experience -3+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech –Electronics

Shift-wise monitoring of CTM tracking and module process monitoring of all module lines. Responsible for Process control engineering., DOEs, New material evaluation and customer handling.

Lead Engineer – utility Maintenance:

Experience -4+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech – Chemical/ Mechanical

Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of entire utilities (Gas delivery, UPS and battery systems, scrubbers and exhaust systems, HVAC, Fire Alarm, ETP, ZID & STP, Building management System) which includes 230 KV Substation, further 11KV and distribution systems, legal and statutory compliance.

Lead Engineer – Electrical Maintenance:

Experience -4+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech – Electrical

Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of entire utilities which includes 230 KV Substation, further 11 KV and distribution systems, O&M of UPS and battery systems, HT and LT DG sets, HVAC Fire alarm systems, compressors, dyers, Preventive Maintenance planning and execution.

Lead Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance:

Experience -4+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech –Electrical

Responsible for Opration and maintenance of Scrubbers, exhaust blowers and fresh air fans, handling storage and distribution of pressurized gases and petroleum products, fire detection, alarm and different types of fire suppression systems, HVAC, Oil injected and oil free air compressor and dryer.

Group Head – Module Reliability:

Experience -10+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech/Diploma –Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical

Lead Associate – Quality (IQC, IPQC):

Experience -2+ Years

Education – Diploma –Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical

Responsible for Incoming Material Inspection as per the QAP/Specification, daily shift wise in-process inspection of module line, generation of daily/monthly MIS reports.

Lead Engineer – Module Maintenance:

Experience -2+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech –Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation Dip – Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Electronics

Responsible for Repair and Maintenance of PLC controller of Production Equipment, managing Vision system and Robotics, planning Preventive Maintenance activities, and adherence to plans,

Lead Associate – SAP System Support:

Experience -2+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech –Electronics/Mechanical

Production order confirmation and order processing, line-wise production planning, material stock verification in SAP system, daily MIS reports, support audit process.

Lead Engineer – CAD /Drawing:

Experience -2+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech –Mechanical

CAD drawings for module / cell for product development, production engineering ducuments, electrical labels, raw materials, specification sheets

Lead Engineer – Production:

Experience -5+ Years

Education – BE/B.Tech –Electronics/Mechanical/Electrical

Ensure individual lines volume, safety, quality and quality clearance, performance monitoring, yield, FIQ, dispatch, process improvements – innovation, Kaizen, etc.
