The West Bengal Government has launched a special mobile app called ‘CVR’ to speed up vaccination
CVR app west Bengal: The health department has launched a special mobile app to speed up corona vaccination in the state. With the help of that app called ‘CVR APP’, from now on, any citizen of the state will be able to book a slot for vaccination. The first or second type of dose can be taken in advance with the help of this app.
The health department said the initiative was taken to avoid confusion and complications with the vaccine. State Minister for Health Chandrima Bhattacharya today inaugurated the app. He said that with the launch of this app, the way for people to get the corona vaccine will be easier.
Chandrimadevi complained that there were occasional problems with the Centre’s Co-Win app. There were repeated complaints of server down. This made it difficult for ordinary people to book ticker slots. So to alleviate their suffering, the state government has decided to launch this application through WhatsApp.
How To Download CVR APP For West Bengal
After downloading from Google Play Store, you can register your name with your mobile number. Then the slot can be booked from that app through the corresponding WhatsApp number. The inaugural function of the app was attended by top officials of the department including Health Secretary Narayan Swarup Nigam.
টিকাকরণে গতি আনতে ‘CVR APP’ নামে বিশেষ মোবাইল অ্যাপ চালু করল রাজ্য
রাজ্যে করোনা টিকাকরণের কাজে আরও গতি আনতে স্বাস্থ্য দফতর একটি বিশেষ মোবাইল অ্যাপ চালু করেছে। ‘সিভিআর‘ নামে ওই অ্যাপের সাহায্যে এবার থেকে রাজ্যের যে কোনও নাগরিক টিকা নেওয়ার জন্য স্লট বুক করতে পারবেন। প্রথম কিংবা দ্বিতীয় দুই ধরনের ডোজ নেওয়ার জন্য এই অ্যাপের সাহায্যে আগাম নাম নথিভুক্ত করা যাবে।
টিকা পাওয়া নিয়ে বিভ্রান্তি ও জটিলতা এড়াতেই এই উদ্যোগ বলে স্বাস্থ্য দফতরের তরফে জানানো হয়েছে। রাজ্যের স্বাস্থ্য প্রতিমন্ত্রী চন্দ্রিমা ভট্টাচার্য আজ এই অ্যাপের আনুষ্ঠানিক উদ্বোধন করেন। তিনি বলেন, এই অ্যাপ চালু হওয়ায় সাধারণ মানুষের করোনার টিকা পাওয়ার পথ আরও সুগম হবে।
চন্দ্রিমাদেবী অভিযোগ করেন, কেন্দ্রের কো–উইন অ্যাপে মাঝেমধ্যে অনেক সমস্যা দেখা দিচ্ছিল। বারবার সার্ভার ডাউনেরও অভিযোগ আসছিল। এতে করে সাধারণ মানুষ টিকার স্লট বুক করতে অসুবিধার মধ্যে পড়ছিলেন। তাই তাঁদের দুর্ভোগ মেটাতেই রাজ্য সরকারের উদ্যোগে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ মাধ্যমে এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশন চালুর সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।
গুগল প্লে স্টোর থেকে ডাউনলোড করার পর মোবাইল নম্বর দিয়ে তাতে নাম নথিভুক্ত করা যাবে। এরপরে ওই অ্যাপ থেকে সংশ্লিষ্ট হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ নম্বর মারফত টিকা নেওয়ার জন্য স্লট বুক করা যাবে। অ্যাপ–এর উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে স্বাস্থ্য সচিব নারায়ণ স্বরূপ নিগম–সহ দফতরের শীর্ষ কর্তারা উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
