Candidate must have the required eligibility criteria for India Post Recruitment 2023 as given below-
For Deputation/ Absorption of officials in the Department of Posts-
- Candidate should be from amongst the regular Dispatch Rider (Group- C) and Group-C employees in the pay matrix Level- 01 as per 7th CPC in the Department of Posts, who possess valid Driving Licenses for light and heavy motor vehicles on the basis of a Trade test/Driving test to assess the competency to drive light and heavy motor vehicle.
For Other Ministries of the Central Government and Armed Forces personnel-
Candidates should be from officials holding the post of Dispatch Rider on a regular basis or regular Group- C employees in the pay matrix Level -01 as per 7th CPC who fulfill the necessary qualification prescribed as under-
- The candidate should possess a valid Driving license for light and heavy motor vehicles.
- The candidate should have knowledge of motor mechanisms (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in the vehicle).
- Candidate should have experience of driving light and heavy motor vehicles for at least three years.
- Candidate should pass in 10th standard from a recognized board or institute.
Salary for India Post Recruitment 2023:
The candidates who are selected for India Post Recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly salary on Level 02 as per the 7th CPC and will be regularized as per the pay rule.
Tenure for India Post Recruitment 2023:
In accordance with the official notification of India Post Recruitment 2023,  the appointment is made on a deputation/absorption basis. The period of deputation shall not exceed 03 years and the probation period will be 02 years for re-employed.
