IET India Scholarship Award 2023: IET India instituted the annual IET Scholarship Awards in 2013 to underline the organization’s commitment to India’s engineering community. The aim was to incentivize young people entering the engineering and technology profession.
After a successful run from 2013-2016, IET India Scholarship Award was re-launched in 2021 in a digital format. In 2022, the IET Scholarship Award drew tremendous participation across the country, with close to 29,000 entries.
The award is open to all 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year undergraduate engineering students pursuing engineering from AICTE/UGC approved Institutions and national institutes.

- Secondly, a rigorous online test on their technical knowledge of core engineering subjects
- Thirdly, in the Regional Rounds, students that clear the cut-off score are then invited to innovate and present their unique technological solution to a pertinent societal challenge that impacts their region
- Fourthly, regional winners finally battle it out in the National Finals to win the title of National Winner of the Year.. Winners of the IET India Scholarship Awards will be engaged throughout the year via a series of activities for sharing knowledge, encouraging new ideas and innovative collaboration with the next generation of engineers and technologists.
