We have a power generation capacity of 12,450 MW comprising thermal power plants in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh and a 40 MW solar power project in Gujarat.

For Associate Manager-MTP:

Description –

1. Prepare a realistic plan for Overhaul activities
2. Scheduling & follow-up of day-to-day maintenance activities related to OH
3. Prepare the budget for OH maintenance activities as per plan
4. Maintain schedule, history, and cost of maintenance
5. Overhaul Spare parts planning
6. Prepare reports like overhaul reports & variance reports
7. MRP follow-up & coordination with techno-commercial
8. Spare parts management
9. Maintain major failure history, running hours, etc
10. To record & maintain RCA, FMEA & ZFO, etc action plans.
11. Record &monitor all major licenses for the plant
12. Other activities as required from time to time

Description –

•  Focus on availability & optimization of consumables & spares.
•  Inventory processes KPI calculation & action plan preparation to minimize deviations.
•  Ensure spare & contract availability before overhauling & follow-up.
•  Coordinate to prepare station budget.
•  Plan & monitor substitutes of Chinese spares with Indian Spares.
•  Ensure 100% availability of critical spares.
•  Ensure spares preservation in stores and Spares procurement plan preparation & monitoring.
•  Effectively managing time and resources to ensure work efficient completion.
•  Identifies recommendations and or areas for improvements.
•  Plan & monitoring substitutes of OEM spares with alternate vendor for dependence lessening.
• Support activities of IMS, 5S, SMS and CHETNA.
