GATE Notification 2024 Advertisement: The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a significant examination that tests the comprehensive understanding of different UG subjects. GATE Exam News 2024
The GATE Examination includes two sections – GA and syllabus paper (Selected stream). GA subject is common for every student; however, the syllabus paper varies with the subjects (Engineering/Architecture/Science/Commerce/etc.).
According to the GATE Exam 2024 News, the registrations are expected to begin in August 2023. This is because the registrations for the previous GATE Exams started in August 2022. All these details will be available in the soon-to-be-released GATE 2024 Notification.

GATE Registration Dates 2024
After publishing the notification for the GATE 2024, IISc Bangalore will announce the registration dates. During the registration period, GATE aspirants can register themselves for GATE 2024 by entering their information and paying the exam fee. Last year, the registrations for the GATE Examination started on August 30, 2022, and closed on October 16 (Extended).
Hence, it is likely that the GATE 2024 registrations will commence from August 2023 onwards. Moreover, aspirants who wish to apply for GATE 2024 are advised to keep checking the notifications published on the authorized web portal of GATE 2024 by the IISc Bangalore.
GATE Registration 2024
To register for the GATE 2024, aspirants must visit gate.iisc.ac.in portal and complete the online registration process. Currently, the registration portal for the GATE 2024 is unavailable. However, the registration link will soon be added to the gate.iisc.ac.in portal.
To fill out the form for the GATE 2024, it is necessary to complete the Registration by submitting basic details, such as name, date of birth, parent’s name, mobile number, email address, etc.
GATE Form 2024
The online application for the GATE 2024 will be available shortly. Applicants have to submit several necessary details and upload several documents to fill out the GATE Application Form 2024.
TO fill out the GATE Form 2024, check these steps-
- Visit gate.iisc.ac.in portal.
- Log in and click on the GATE 2024 Form.
- Enter the Personal Details (name, phone number, parent’s name, address, etc.)
- Enter Degree Details
- Select the subject/papers in which applicants wish to appear.
- Upload recent photographs and signatures, certificates/mark sheets, etc.
- Choose three cities for the GATE Exam.
- Make the fee payment.
GATE Exam Date 2024
The exam is likely to be conducted in the second month of 2024. However, the exact dates and schedule of the GATE 2024 Exam will be notified by the IISc Bangalore in due course. After the successful conduction of GATE 2024, the answer keys and the result will be declared.
Students will be allotted a specific time period to download their GATE Score Card 2024. Soon, all this information will be published by the IISc Bangalore on the authorized web portal of the GATE 2024.
