ECIL Recruitment 2022: Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has released a notification for the recruitment of Junior Technicians and Graduate Engineers/Technicians.
ECIL is a Schedule ‘A’ CPSE under the Department of Atomic Energy set up with a view to generating a strong indigenous capability in the field of professional-grade electronics.

Educational Qualification:

Junior Technician on Contract –
Candidate should have passed ITI (2 years) in the trades of Electronics Mechanic / Electrician / Fitter (this includes NTC, Board Based Basic Training as well as advanced modules under Multi skilled training pattern of Directorate General of Labour & Employment being implemented through ITI upgraded as Centre of Excellence in required trades), in addition, one-year Apprenticeship (NAC issued by Ministry of Skill Development) is also compulsory.
The selected candidates can be posted at any of ECIL Offices (All over India) & its customers’ sites and should be ready to work in round ‘O’ clock shift operations as and when required.
Graduate Engineer/ Technician (Diploma) –
Candidates who have passed four years of B.E/ B.Tech course in the above-mentioned engineering branches on or after 1st April 2020, from AICTE-approved colleges / recognized Indian Universities for GEA.
In the case of Diploma Apprentices, the candidates who have passed 3 Years of Diploma Courses in the above-mentioned branches on or after 1st April 2020.

Selection Procedure:
What is the selection procedure for the recruitment of ECIL –in detail below;
For Junior Technician on Contract –
Process of shortlisting: Candidates shall be shortlisted trade-wise, and category-wise in the order of merit based on the marks obtained in ITI. In case of a tie, the candidates with higher marks in Class X standard shall be considered. In case of a further tie, the candidate with an earlier date of Birth shall be considered.
Documents verification: Upon shortlisting, the candidates will be called for Document verification at Hyderabad through email.
Dates for various stages of selection will be hosted on our website and separate intimation will be given to the shortlisted candidates through email. There will be no separate communication to any candidate on their non-selection at any stage.
Upon shortlisting and successful document verification, Offer Letters will be issued to the candidates who are found eligible in the order of merit.
For Graduate Engineer/ Technician (Diploma) –
Apprentices selections will be done based on the qualifying examination marks’ merit. (i.e BE/B. Tech consolidated marks merit for GEAs and Diploma consolidated marks for Diploma Apprentices). In the case of CGPA, relevant CGPA to marks percentage conversion certificate from the college/university should be produced by the candidate.
