- Prepare a realistic plan for Overhaul activities
- Scheduling & follow-up of day-to-day maintenance activities related to OH
- Prepare the budget for OH maintenance activities as per plan
- Maintain schedule, history, and cost of maintenance
- Overhaul Spare parts planning
- Prepare reports like overhaul reports & variance reports
- MRP follow-up & coordination with techno-commercial
- Spare parts management
- Maintain major failure history, running hours, etc
- To record & maintain RCA, FMEA & ZFO, etc action plans.
- Record &monitor all major licenses for the plant
- Other activities as required from time to time

Description –
- Â Focus on availability & optimization of consumables & spares.
- Â Inventory processes KPI calculation & action plan preparation to minimize deviations.
- Â Ensure spare & contract availability before overhauling & follow-up.
- Â Coordinate to prepare station budget.
- Â Plan & monitor substitutes of Chinese spares with Indian Spares.
- Â Ensure 100% availability of critical spares.
- Â Ensure spares preservation in stores and Spares procurement plan preparation & monitoring.
- Â Effectively managing time and resources to ensure work efficient completion.
- Â Identifies recommendations and or areas for improvements.
- Â Plan & monitoring substitutes of OEM spares with alternate vendor for dependence lessening.
- Support activities of IMS, 5S, SMS and CHETNA.
