Utsashree Online Portal login: Teacher Transfer-র জন্য State Government, Online Utashree Portal চালু করল। এই পোর্টাল মূলত Teachers and non-teachers কর্মীদের বদলি প্রক্রিয়াকে সরলীকরণ এবং স্বচ্ছ করার জন্যই নতুনভাবে তৈরি করা হল। Education Minister, Bratya Basu তাঁর উদ্বোধন করেন। এবার থেকে Teacher Transfer Process আরো দ্রুত সময়ের মধ্যে করে ফেলতে চাইছে Education Department।

Education Minister, Bratya Basu বলেন ” দেশের মধ্যে প্রথম আমরা একটি Complete Portal তৈরি করেছি (utsashree portal)। যার মাধ্যমে কয়েক লক্ষ Teacher & Non-Teacher সুবিধা পাবেন। শিক্ষামন্ত্রী Bratya Basu বলেন ” 24 ঘন্টার বেশি কোন ফাইল আটকে রাখা যাবে না। এই Portal-র মাধ্যমে পুরো বিষয়টি নজর রাখা হবে।”

UtsaShree Online Portal 2021:Rules / utsashree portal for teacher transfer:

1.  নিজের বিদ্যালয় অন্ততপক্ষে 5 Years কাজ করেছেন, তিনি Application করতে পারবেন।
2. Present School-র 25 KM-র মধ্যে অবস্থিত কোন Sccondary School-র ক্ষেত্রে এবং নিজের area-র মধ্যে অন্য কোন Primary School-র ক্ষেত্রে Application করা যাবে না।
3. Transfer Application, Reject করলে 7 Years-র মধ্যে পুনরায় আবেদন করা যাবে না (উৎসশ্রী পোর্টাল link)।utsashree portal for login :  Apply Here: https://banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree/

অভিযোগ, Transfer Application করার জন্য স্কুলের থেকে ‘No Objection Certificate’ পাওয়া যায় না। এক্ষেত্রে No Objection কোন স্কুল না দিলে সুয়োমোটো করে Department of School Education প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ নিতে পারে।

এ প্রসঙ্গে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রী বলেন ” রবিবার মধ্যরাত থেকেই এই Portal চালু করে দেওয়া হবে (utsashree portal)। বদলির ক্ষেত্রে কেবলমাত্র দূরত্বকেই প্রাধান্য দেওয়া হবে।” অন্যদিকে Mutual Transfer & General Transfer-র জন্য Application Process জানিয়েছে Department of School Education।

Mutual Transfer-র ক্ষেত্রে ম্যাচিং পেয়ার পাওয়ার পর Request পাঠাতে হবে | Accepted হলে ‘Joint Application; Online Submit করতে হবে বিবেচনার জন্য। সেক্ষেত্রে Matching pair জানা না থাকলে আবেদনকারী Mutual Transfer Application অনলাইনে জমা করবেন ফলে অন্য আবেদনকারীরা অনলাইনে দেখতে পাবেন (teacher transfer application form 2021)।

Rules for General Transfer in utsashree portal / utsashree portal for teacher transfer :

1. Teacher-রা Unic ID ব্যবহার করে তিনটি সম্ভাব্য School-র নাম উল্লেখ করে জমা দিতে পারবেন। প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষকের ক্ষেত্রে আবেদনটি পৌঁছাবে অবর বিদ্যালয় পরিদর্শক এর কাছে এবং মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষকের ক্ষেত্রে প্রধান শিক্ষকের কাছে।
2. Verification করে Primary Teacher Application টি Primary school parliament and secondary teachers এর আবেদনটি District school inspector এর কাছে পৌঁছাবে।
3. Others district application-র ক্ষেত্রে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষকের আবেদনটি বিবেচনা পূর্বক Primary board and secondary teachers এর ক্ষেত্রে আবেদনটি School Service Commission পাঠানো হবে।
4. সবশেষে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষকের Transfer Order, Primary Board থেকে এবং মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষকদের বদলির নির্দেশ School Service Commission জারি করবে।

how to apply utsashree portal /utsashree portal for teacher transfer (West Bengal Utshashree portal application process)

To apply for teacher’s transfer through the Utsashree Portal /Utsashree Online Portal login,

1. First go to the banglarshiksha.gov.in/utsashree
2. Now click on “Apply for Transfer”.
3. A new page will open.
4. On this page, enter your OSMS type, School District, Circle/subdivision, Teacher Unique Code and PAN, and then log in to the portal.
5. A new page will open. Click on General transfer and then on self-initiated transfer.
6. Now select preferred district, circle/sub-division, and school from the dropdown option.
7. Click on check vacancy to see if the vacancy is available at the selected school. If no vacancy is available, select a different school.
8. Click on add more schools to check and select more schools with vacancies.
9. Now select the appropriate reason for transfer from the dropdown options.
10. Upload supporting documents.
11. Fill the rest of the form (If applicable to you).
12. Now click the checkbox and click on proceed.
13. Now a popup will appear.
14. Click on OK.
15. Now click the checkbox again and click on finalize. Please verify the data before clicking on finalize as you cannot change it afterward.
16. Now click on Yes.
17. Your form will be successfully submitted.

Following the above-mentioned steps, you can easily apply for an online teacher’s transfer through the Utshashree portal launched by the West Bengal government.
