To be eligible for the NSP Scholarship 2023-24, students must meet the following criteria:
- They must be Indian citizens.
- They must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their previous qualifying examination.
- Their family’s annual income must not exceed Rs. 5 lakhs per annum.
- They must be pursuing full-time courses in recognized educational institutions in India.
Last Date
The last date for applying for the NSP Scholarship 2023-24 is November 30, 2023, for pre-matric scholarships, and December 31, 2023, for post-matric scholarships.

Documents Required
The following documents are required to apply for the NSP Scholarship 2023-24:
- Scanned copy of Aadhaar card
- A scanned copy of the passport-sized photograph
- Scanned copy of mark sheet of previous qualifying examination
- Scanned copy of the income certificate issued by a competent authority
- Scanned copy of caste certificate (if applicable)
- Scanned copy of the disability certificate (if applicable)
Check NSP Scholarship Status
- To access the NSP scholarship site, use any browser and navigate there; alternatively, go straight to www.scholarships.gov.in.
- Under the Applicant Corner, choose New Application.
- Put in your password, captcha code, and application number. Select Login.
- Find the Current Status option when the dashboard opens.
- You may view the status of your application under the Current Status option.
How to register for the NSP Scholarship?
- The direct link to the NSP National Scholarship Portal scholarships.gov.in is provided.
- Next, choose the option for New Registration.
- Provide the necessary information on the registration form, including your date of birth, residence status, phone number, email address, bank account number, and Aadhaar number.
- Once all the data has been entered, double-check it, then press the “register” button.
- Each student who successfully registers will receive an application ID; make a note of it.
