Experience Requirement
- Minimum 10 years of work experience at executive/managerial level in the corporate sector.
- At least 1 year of mandatory experience in Data Privacy Laws & Regulations within the overall 10 years.
- Preference will be given to candidates with higher and extensive experience in Data Privacy and Data Security.

- Minimum Age: 35 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years

Salary & Benefits for State Bank of India Recruitment 2025
- Maximum Annual CTC: Up to ₹45.00 Lakhs (Negotiable, depending on experience and current salary).
- Pay Structure:
- Fixed Pay: 70% of CTC
- Performance-Linked Variable Pay: 30% of CTC
- Annual Increment: Up to 10% of total CTC, based on performance.
- Eligible for Performance Linked Pay (PLP) and annual increments.
- Contract Period: Initially 3 years, renewable yearly for up to 2 more years.
Selection Procedure
The selection will be conducted in three stages:
- Shortlisting – Based on qualifications, certifications, and experience.
- Interview – 100 marks (qualifying marks decided by SBI).
- Merit List – Based only on interview scores. In case of a tie, higher age will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities of ADPO
The Assistant Data Protection Officer will:
- Ensure SBI’s compliance with data protection laws (India & International).
- Develop and implement bank-wide data protection policies.
- Conduct regular data protection audits.
- Provide training and awareness programs for staff.
- Assist in managing data breaches and Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA).
- Liaise with regulatory authorities regarding data privacy matters.
