Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Those in the final year/semester of their graduation can also apply provisionally.

Salary Structure for SBI Recruitment
- Basic Pay: ₹41,960/- (with increments over time)
- Gross monthly salary (including allowances): Approximately ₹65,000/- to ₹70,000/- depending on posting location

Selection Process
The SBI PO recruitment will be conducted in three phases:
Phase-I: Preliminary Examination
- Objective test of 100 marks (English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude)
- Duration: 1 hour
- Qualifying in nature
Phase-II: Main Examination
- Objective Test + Descriptive Test
- Objective Test: 200 marks (Reasoning, Data Analysis, GA, English, etc.)
- Descriptive Test: 50 marks (Essay & Letter Writing)
Phase-III: Psychometric Test + Group Exercise + Interview
- Psychometric Test for leadership & behavioural traits
- Group Discussion & Personal Interview
Final selection will be based on combined scores of Main Exam + Phase-III.
