Educational Qualification
Applicants must hold a full-time Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in any of the following:

- Masters in Social Work or MHROD
- MBA with specialization in HR
The qualification must be obtained from a recognized Indian University/Institute (recognized by statutory authority) with at least 65% marks as per university norms.

Selection Process for NTPC Limited Recruitment 2025
The recruitment process involves two stages:
- Online Selection Test (All India Based):
- Subject Knowledge Test (SKT)
- Executive Aptitude Test (EAT)
