Employability Skill (CTS):
MBA/ BBA / Any Graduate/ Diploma in any discipline with Two years’ post qualification industrial/teaching experience with short term ToT Course in Employability Skills. (Must have studied English/ Communication Skills and Basic Computer at 12th / Diploma level and above) OR
Existing Social Studies Instructors in ITIs with short term ToT Course in Employability Skills.

Salary Amount:

Remuneration of Guest Faculties for conducting the classes of CITS is Rs. 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) per hour and for CTS Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per hour with maximum emolument paid to any Guest Faculty must not exceed the ceiling of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) during any calendar month.
