NHPC Limited Recruitment 2025: NHPC Limited, a Government of India Navratna Enterprise and India’s largest hydropower development organization, has released Advertisement No. NH/Rectt./FTB/04/2025-26 dated 14 August 2025 for the recruitment of Field Engineers (Civil/Electrical) and Medical Officers on a Fixed Tenure Basis.
The engagement will be for 1 year, extendable up to 2 additional years depending on requirements.

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Field Engineer (Civil):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Civil with 60% marks or equivalent.
- AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with 60% marks also eligible.
- 2 years’ post-qualification experience required.
- Age Limit: 35 years (as on last date).
- Field Engineer (Electrical):
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Systems & High Voltage / Power Engineering with 60% marks.
- AMIE (enrollment up to 31.05.2013) with 60% marks also eligible.
- 2 years’ post-qualification experience required.
- Age Limit: 35 years.
- Medical Officer:
- MBBS degree with valid registration.
- 2 years’ post-internship experience required.
- Age Limit: 35 years.
Salary & Benefits
- Field Engineer / Medical Officer: ₹1,00,000 (fixed consolidated monthly pay).
- Additional benefits include conveyance, medical facilities, communication allowance, TA/DA, and leaves as per NHPC rules.
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting based on eligibility.
- Personal Interview only, after document verification.

- UR/EWS/OBC (NCL): 40%
