NHPC Limited Recruitment 2025: NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower utility and a “Navratna” PSU under the Government of India, has announced the recruitment of Industrial Trainees (Article Trainees) under the provisions of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). Around 20 trainees will be engaged for practical training.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the Intermediate Examination conducted by ICAI/ICMAI.
- Only those undergoing practical training (Articleship) as per ICAI/ICMAI guidelines are eligible.
Duration of Training
- Minimum Period: 12 months
- Maximum Period: 15 months (during the last year of the prescribed training period).
Age Limit
- The notification does not specify an upper age limit, but candidates must meet ICAI/ICMAI training eligibility conditions.
Salary / Stipend
- Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹20,000/- per month.
- No additional financial benefits will be provided apart from this stipend.
Selection Procedure
- Selection will be through an interview.
- Date of the interview will be informed separately to shortlisted candidates.
- Final selection will be based on interview performance and eligibility verification.

Other Terms & Conditions
- On successful completion of training, candidates will be issued a training certificate by NHPC.
- Industrial training at NHPC will be considered as part of the course curriculum of ICAI/ICMAI.
- No employment guarantee is provided after completion of training.
