অভিযোগ পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে সমস্ত সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় ফেক আকাউন্ট বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে
New IT rules: সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া অপব্যাবহারকারীদের উপর ইতিমধ্যেই নির্দেশিকা জারি করেছিল কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্লার্টফর্মগুলির উদ্দেশে গাইড লাইন জারি করেছিল কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার। আর এরই মধ্যে জানানো হয় সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া নকল এক্যাউন্ট ব্যাবহারকারীদের অভিযোগ পেলে তা ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে বন্ধ করে দেওয়া হবে। সরকার বলেছে যে এই আদেশটি নতুন আইটি বিধিগুলির অংশ হিসাবে আসে এবং সুতরাং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া জায়ান্টদের এই বিষয়ে অভিযোগ পাওয়ার পরে অবিলম্বে কাজ করা দরকার।

ছদ্মবেশী জনপ্রিয় ব্যক্তিত্ব, প্রভাবশালী, কর্মী এবং এমনকি কর্পোরেশন / ব্যবসায়ের জন্য একটি প্রধান পয়েন্ট কারণ তারা বিভিন্ন কারণে বৈধ অ্যাকাউন্টের নকল করে। এ জাতীয় কিছু অ্যাকাউন্ট জনপ্রিয় ব্যক্তিত্বদের ভক্তরাও তৈরি করেছেন। কোনও জনপ্রিয় ব্যক্তিত্বের প্রোফাইল ছবিকে তাদের প্রোফাইল ছবি হিসাবে ব্যবহার করা ছাড়াও, কিছু জাল অ্যাকাউন্টধারীরা সকলের কাছে প্রিয় হয়ে ওঠার জন্য কোনও সেলিব্রিটি / রাজনীতিবিদের ছবিতে নিজের ছবি যুক্ত করে তার বিরুদ্ধে এবার কঠোর সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে।
একটি সূত্র বলেছে যে এ জাতীয় সমস্ত অ্যাকাউন্ট নকল হওয়ার সময় একটি আসল চিত্র বা মোড়কযুক্ত চিত্র ব্যবহার করে এবং ক্যাপসন ও নকল করে বলে অভিযোগ। যা সাধারণত তারা লক্ষ্য করে চলেছে এমন ব্যক্তিত্বের মতো।
জাল অ্যাকাউন্টের বিষয়টি বিশ্বজুড়ে একটি মারাত্মক সমস্যা এবং এটি বিভিন্ন ধরণের অপরাধের দিকে পরিচালিত করা ছাড়াও কয়েক বছর ধরে কোটি কোটি ডলার ক্ষতি করেছে বলে বিশ্বাস করা হয়।সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় প্ল্যার্টফর্ম গুলিকে নিয়ন্ত্রণের জন্য অফিসার মোতায়েন করতে বলা হয়েছিল গাইডলাইনে। যেখানে যাবতীয় অভিযোগ জমা পড়বে। প্রতি মাসে জমা হয় অভিযোগের ব্যাবস্থা নিতে হবে বলে জানানো হয়। এছাড়াও মহিলাদের আপত্তিজনক ছবি , যৌন উস্কানিমূলক কোনো ছবি বা তথ্য নিয়ে অভিযোগ উঠলে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে সেই ছবি বা তথ্য সরিয়ে ফেলতে হবে।
টুইটার, ইনস্টাগ্রাম এবং ইউটিউবের মতো অনেক প্ল্যাটফর্মগুলি পরিচিত ব্যক্তির অ্যাকাউন্টগুলি যাচাই করে, নকল এক্যাউন্ট ব্যাবহারকারী প্রচুর পরিমাণে উপস্থিত থাকে, বেশিরভাগ সময় সত্যিকারের অ্যাকাউন্টগুলির সাথে চেনার উপায় থাকে না । এবং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া সংস্থাগুলির পদক্ষেপের সাথে এমন অনেকগুলি উদাহরণ রয়েছে যেখানে লোকেরা নকল অ্যাকাউন্টের শিকার হয়, প্রধানত প্রোফাইলগুলিতে ব্যবহৃত ছবিগুলিকে বিশ্বাস করে।
