How to apply for Land Porcha ,ROR Apply -step by step process?

• Go to the official website and login
•                      Direct Link:       Click Here

1. First, go to the Banglarbhumi website at banglarbhumi.gov.in
2. Next, on the top of the screen, click on Sign In.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Now enter the captha code and click on Login.

• Open ROR request form

•  Fill and submit ROR request form

1. Fill out the form correctly by entering the district block, Khatian number, and other details.
2. Enter the captcha code and then click on “Calculate fee”.
3. Your process fee will appear in front of you.
4. Now you need to pay the processing fee to request for ROR online.

• Pay ROR Request fee

1. Select the preferred payment option and click on continue.
2. Verify the details and click on continue.
3. Verify some other details related to the payment option and then click on continue.
4. Continue the process and complete the fee payment.
5. A New GRN number will be generated. Click on submit.
6. You will be asked to enter the payable amount. Enter it and click on confirm.
7. You will be taken to the bank’s portal enter your details and complete the payment.
8. After payment competition will be redirected to the Banglarbhumi portal.
9. An acknowledgment receipt will be generated.

Next, you need to wait for 24 – 48 hours for your request to be processed. It may sometimes take a few days to be processed.

After that, you can follow the steps below to download your ROR (Porcha) of land/property.

How to download ROR details of land in West Bengal 2021:

• Go to the official website and login

1. First, go to the Banglarbhumi website at banglarbhumi.gov.in
2. Next, on the top of the screen, click on Sign In.
3. Enter your username and password.
4. Now enter the captha code and click on Login.

• Open GRN request search

1. After logging in, click on “Citizens Service”.
2. Select “Service Delivery”.
3. Now click on “Request GRN Search”.
4. A form will open up in front of you.

•  Enter GRIPS payment details

1. In this form, you need to enter GRN No. and Application number as per your Acknowledgement receipt generated during ROR request.
2. Enter captcha code.
3. Click on submit.
4. Click on Ok.
5. Click on continue.

• Download ROR details/porcha (PDF)

1. A popup will appear. Click on Ok.
2. Scroll down and click on “Download PDF”.
3. Your ROR or “Jomir porcha” will be downloaded.

Registration:

• For citizens, visit the official page of the Banglarbhumi portal first.
• Then a new page, i.e Homepage has opened in front of you.
• Now click on the Signup Option given here.
• The new Registration form has opened.
• Now enter the following information in it
• Name, Address, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Phone no. , Municipality, District, Email id, etc.
• Now enter the password you want to put.
• Enter Security code/ Captcha Code.
• An OTP generated. you received it on the mobile number you registered for.
• Enter OTP in the given space and submit the application.
• As you can see, you are registered on this portal.
