eeeJEE Main 2023 Guidelines (NEW): National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a notification for the JEE Main 2023 examination, there has been no change in the eligibility criteria for appearing.
NTA inviting online application forms for Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2023 Session 1 (January 2023).
Candidates can apply for JEE (Main) -2023 through the ‘Online’ mode only through the website. The application form in any other mode will not be accepted.
NEW Guidelines for JEE Main 2023 Examination:
A minimum of 75 percent marks in the class 12th board exam is required for admission in educational institutes like the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), and the National Institute of Technology (NIT) only.
Candidates can get admission in B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Arch/ B.Planning courses in NITs, IITs, and Centrally Funded Technical Educational Institutions based on All India Ranking. But they should get at least 75 percent marks in the class 12th board exam. Which is 65 percent in the case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes candidates. Also, the candidates must have passed all subjects in the class 12th examination.
Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that the candidates who appeared in the JEE Main exam should only pass the Class XII exam. The rule is followed for 3 years from 2020 to 2022.
