ITM JRF Recruitment 2025: Institute of Technology Management (ITM), Government of India, Ministry of Defence Defence Research & Development Organisation Landour Cantt., Mussoorie, Uttarakhand – 248179 has released a notification for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
Educational Qualification:
What are the educational qualification for the engagement of ITM –in detail below;
Post graduate degree in Science in first division with NET qualification
or
Graduate degree in engineering (B.E/B.Tech) in first division with valid GATE score
Or
Post graduate degree in engineering (M.E/M. Tech) in first division both at Graduate and Post graduate level.

Salary Amount:
Monthly Stipend is Rs. 37,000/- Per Month.

- Application Form can be downloaded from the DRDO website www.drdo.gov.in. Duly filled Application Form is to be forwarded to director.itm@gov.in.
- Application Form is required to be submitted in pdf format as per the given format.
- While appearing for interview, the candidates are required to submit the hard copy of the duly filled Application Form with recent passport size photograph affixed on top right corner of the first page and one set of self attested copies of all degrees/ academic qualification certificates/ mark sheets/ experience certificates etc. The candidates are required to carry extra photo.
- The candidates selected as JRF may be allowed to register for Ph.D during the tenure of fellowship.
- The candidates will be essentially required to produce original certificates/ testimonials w.r.t. qualifications, experience, age and caste certificate for verification at the time of interview.
- Candidates presently employed in Government Department/ PSU’s/Autonomous Bodies will be required to produce NOC from employer at the time of interview.

ITM is located at about 4 Kms from main Mussoorie town in Landour Cantonment, (Uttarakhand). The nearest Railway Station is Dehradun. Nearest Bus Stop/ Public Transport is Picture Palace/ Masonic Lodge (approx 4 Kms away).
Cut-offDate:
Age and Educational qualification will be considered as on the date of interview. Age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC candidates. For other category of candidates the age relaxation will be as per government policy.
Tenure :
Initially for 02 (two) years. Can be upgraded and extended maximum upto period of 05 years (including initial period of 02 years) subject to satisfactory performance to be assessed as per DRDO instructions.
