Educational Qualification
Applicants should be a Graduate or Postgraduate in one of the following streams:
- MSW / MA in Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology
- B.Sc. (Veterinary, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agri. Marketing)
- B.A. with B.Ed.
- Must possess basic computer knowledge and a flair for teaching
Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication in the local language is mandatory
- Fluency in Hindi and English is an added advantage
- Typing skills in the local language; Hindi/English typing is preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Consolidated Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on performance)
- Annual Incentive: ₹2,000 (Performance based)
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance: ₹2,500/month
- Contract Renewal: Extendable based on performance (up to 60 years of age or project duration)
