IBPS RRBs XIV Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for CRP RRBs XIV for the recruitment of Officers (Scale I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India. The online examination will be conducted by IBPS as per the tentative schedule, followed by interviews for Officers (Scale I, II & III) coordinated with NABARD and participating RRBs.

• Prelims Exam (Officers/Office Assistants): November / December 2025
• Prelims Result: December 2025 / January 2026
• Main Exam (Officers/Office Assistants): December 2025 / February 2026
• Main Exam Result (Officers Scale I, II & III): January 2026
• Interview (Officers Scale I, II & III): January / February 2026
• Provisional Allotment: February / March 2026

Posts and Eligibility

1. Office Assistants (Multipurpose)

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficiency in the local language is mandatory. Working knowledge of computers preferred.
• Age Limit: 18 – 28 years

2. Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Preference for candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing, Banking, Finance, Marketing, Law, Economics, or Accountancy. Local language proficiency required.
• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years

3. Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer – Manager)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. Two years’ experience as an officer in a Bank/Financial Institution required.
• Age Limit: 21 – 32 years

4. Officer Scale II (Specialist Officers)

• IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agricultural Officer positions available.
• Qualification varies by specialization, with relevant professional degrees/certifications and minimum 1–2 years’ experience.
• Age Limit: 21 – 32 years

5. Officer Scale III (Senior Manager)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks. At least 5 years’ experience as an officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
• Age Limit: 21 – 40 years

Age Relaxation for IBPS RRBs XIV Recruitment

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. rules

Salary Structure (Approximate)

• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Officer Scale I: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month
• Officer Scale II: ₹75,000 – ₹85,000 per month
• Officer Scale III: ₹90,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
  (Includes allowances and benefits as per bank rules.)

Selection Procedure

1. Preliminary Examination (for Office Assistant & Officer Scale I)
2. Main Examination (for Office Assistant & Officer Scale I, II & III)
3. Interview (for Officers Scale I, II & III only)

• Prelims is qualifying in nature.
• Final selection for Office Assistant based on Mains only.
• Final selection for Officers based on Mains + Interview.
