Educational Qualification
- Engineering Graduate Apprentices: B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline.
- Diploma Apprentices: Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline.
- General Stream Apprentices: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Science (with specialization in Electronics, Chemistry, or Computers).
Age Limit for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Recruitment
- As per Apprentices Act norms. Typically:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: Varies by category and as per government norms (usually 27–30 years for general category).
Reservations:
The reservations for engagement of Apprentices shall be applicable for EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PH Candidates, Ex-Servicemen as per the Apprentices Act 1961 & Rules and Subsequent amendments and for wards of HAL as per HAL Corporate Office Guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Recruitment
For Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Candidates should have passed Diploma in
Engineering/Technology from State Board of Technical Education as mentioned at 1(a) and the gap between the date of joining and passing date of the qualification should not be more than 5 years.
For Graduate Apprentices in General Stream: Candidates should have successfully completed Degree from a recognized university as mentioned at 1(b) and the gap between the date of joining and the passing date of the qualification should not be more than 5 years.
For Engineering Graduate Apprentices: Candidates should have successfully completed Degree in Engineering/ Technology from a recognized university as mentioned at 1(c) and the gap between the date of joining and passing date of the qualification should not be more than 5 years.

Stipend for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited Recruitment:
The Stipend shail be paid monthly as per the Apprentices Act 1961 & Rules and Subsequent
amendments.
Documents required at the time of Walk-In:
(a) For Verification of Original Certificates:
- Aadhar Card
- SSC/10th Marks Certificate.
- Birth certificate (in case date of birth is not mentioned in SSC Certificate)
- Degree/ Diploma Certificate marks sheets (all semesters or consolidated mark sheet)
- Original/ Provisional Certificate of qualifying Degree/ Diploma.
- Reservation/ Community/ Caste certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, XSM, PWD/PH) if applicable.
(b) Documents for Submission.
- One set of Photo copy/Xerox copy of all the above Certificates.
- Passport size photographs.
Selection Procedure
Selection is based only on marks secured in Diploma/ Engineering Degree/Graduation in general stream. There will be no written test or interview.
- Shortlisting: Based on academic merit (percentage of marks in degree/diploma).
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for certificate verification.
- Final Selection: Candidates who qualify through document verification will be engaged as apprentices.
- Merit list of the selected candidates shall be hosted on “www.hal-india.co.in” on 30th June 2025 and confirmation emails shall be forwarded to the shortlisted candidates subsequently.
- The date of joining/ reporting for the Apprenticeship is 24th July 2025.
