Appraisal – Assessing Market Value of properties offered as security for Loan – Land & Building.
Site Visits -Visiting Properties to assess valuation and progress of work.
Recording of Site observations and recommending loan amount based on assessment made based on documents and site observations.
Relationship Management -With customer with the channel partners.

What are the educational qualification for the engagement of HDFC Bank –in detail below;
Fresh/experienced B Tech /BE (Civil Engg) having good and consistent academic record (Min 60% marks) and good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
(Required Experience: 2+ years experience will be an added advantage)
