HDFC Bank Recruitment 2025: HDFC Bank is conducting recruitment in association with IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) through its Relationship Manager – Probationary Officer (PO) Program.
This initiative aims to build a pool of future leaders in retail banking. Successful candidates join as Relationship Managers, appointed at leadership grades such as Assistant Manager up to Senior Manager.
Eligibility Criteria for HDFC Bank Recruitment 2025 :
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 50% marks (aggregate in X, XII & Graduation)
- Distance education / correspondence courses are not acceptable
- Work Experience:
- 1 to 10 years of sales experience in any organization
- Age Limit:
- Upper age limit is 35 years (minimum age typically 21) on the closing date Compensation Package
- Annual fixed CTC ranges from ₹3,00,000 to ₹12,00,000, based on experience
- In addition, performance-linked variable pay is awarded per HDFC Bank’s reward plan
- After 6 months of confirmation, staff loans and other benefits apply (non-cashable)
Selection Procedure
- Online Aptitude Test
- Sections: English Language (30 Qs), Numerical Ability (35 Qs), Reasoning (35 Qs)
- Duration: 60 minutes total, English-only medium; negative marking: 0.25 mark per wrong answer
- Personal Interview
- Based on combined score (Online Test + Interview)
- Shortlisting depends on merit and number of applicants
- Medical Fitness & Document Verification
- Includes standard medical exam and verification of education, identity, experience documentation
