🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma in any trade
- Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
- Job Role: On Company Roll under NAPS / NATS (Apprenticeship Scheme)
💰 Salary Structure
For 10th / 12th / ITI Candidates:
- Basic Salary: ₹12,672/- for 8 hours
- Mandatory 4 Hours OT (₹60/hour): Total in-hand salary for 12 hours = ₹18,912/-
- Perks: Free Hostel Accommodation + 3 Meals a Day (Only for 10th, 12th, ITI)
For Diploma Holders:
- Basic Salary: ₹17,000/- for 8 hours
- Regular 4 Hours OT (₹70/hour): Total in-hand salary for 12 hours = ₹24,280/-
- Deductions:
- Hostel Fee: ₹700/month
- Meal Charges: ₹21/day
