EdCIL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2026: EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS INDIA LIMITED (EDCIL) has released a notification inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens to undergo Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
EdCIL (India) Limited is inviting applications for the Apprenticeship Training Program for the year 2026 from Graduate candidates. During the period of Apprenticeship, the aspirants will be governed by Apprentices Act 1961 and commensurate policies/rules of the organization.

Engineering & Technical Streams
- B.Tech (CS / IT / ECE): 9 posts
Commerce & Finance
- B.Com / CA (Intermediate) / CMA: 2 posts
Human Resource & Management
- BBA (HRM) / BA (HRM) / BMS: 2 posts
General & Social Sciences
- BBA (General) / BA (English) / Sociology / Social Science: 2 posts
Total Vacancies: 15
Stipend Structure
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, split as follows:
- ₹10,500 paid by EdCIL
- ₹4,500 credited through DBT under NATS
Candidates must have an Aadhaar-seeded, DBT-enabled bank account to receive the stipend.
Eligibility Criteria for EdCIL Apprenticeship Recruitment
Educational Qualification
- Full-time graduation in the relevant discipline
- Degree must be AICTE / UGC recognised
- Candidates must have passed on or after 01 April 2024
Age Limit (as on 19 January 2026)
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 25 years
Age relaxation:
- SC / ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
Selection Process
- Mode of Selection: Online Interview
- If applications exceed five times the vacancies, candidates will be shortlisted based on degree marks
- Final merit:
- Academic performance – 80%
- Interview – 20%
Reservation norms for SC, ST, and OBC candidates will be followed as per Government of India rules.
