DRDO Graduate Engineer Recruitment 2025: ARMAMENT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ESTABLISHMENT, MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Dr. HOMI BHABHA MARG, PASHAN, PUNE, MAHARASHTRA – 411021, Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) has released a notification for the recruitment of Graduate Engineer & MBA/MS.C.(HR/Data Analytics) Apprentices in various posts. Total number of vacancies is 32 for Graduate Engineer and 18 for Diploma Apprentices.

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
CATEGORY – 1: GRADUATE APPRENTICES : Engineering Degree or MBA / MSc. in HR / Data Analytics (full time course) in the respective discipline from a recognised Indian University/Institute.
CATEGORY – 2: DIPLOMA APPRENTICES : Diploma in Engineering obtained from State Board of Technical Education / recognised Indian University (full time course) in the respective discipline.
Salary Amount: (Monthly Stipend (in Rs.))
For GRADUATE APPRENTICES: 15,000/- Per Month
For DIPLOMA APPRENTICES: 14,000/- Per Month
RESERVATION OF VACANCIES (DRDO Graduate Engineer Recruitment):
Guidelines under the Apprentices Act on resevation for SC/ST/OBC will be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC/PwD shall provide certificate as per the standard format prescribed by the Government. Necessary certificate needs to be produced at the time of Document Verification.
DURATION OF TRAINING for DRDO Graduate Engineer Recruitment:
The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of 12 months as per Apprentices Act, 1961. Completion Certificate will be issued to pass candidates after 12 months from date of selection.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
- Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the respective discipline qualifying examination. The final merit list would be prepared according to categories General / SC / ST / OBC / PwD. Post screening of the online application, shortlisted candidates will be intimated to appear for examination.
- Engagement for apprenticeship training will be subject to the selected candidates clearing the medical examination and Police Verification
- Funishing of incomplete / incorrect / misleading / illegible documents, information or any other invalid data / inputs may result in the rejection of application and appeal for reconsideration will not be entertained.
- Window for online application will be closed on 20th Apr 2025.

- Click Enroll
- Complete the application form
- A unique Enrollment Number for each student will be generated.
- Login
- Click Establishment Request Menu
- Click Find Establishment
- Upload Resume
- Upload Documents
- Choose Establishment name
- Type “Armament Research and Development Establishment” or “WMHPUC000042” and search
- Click apply
- Click apply again
BOARDING/LODGING for DRDO Graduate Engineer Recruitment:
No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible. However selected candidates can obtain lunch, tea, snacks etc facility on payment basis at ARDE canteen.
