Candidates must have:
- First Class M.Sc. in Chemistry (Physical / Analytical / Organic / Inorganic)
- Valid CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT JRF fellowship
- Biological Sciences
Candidates must have:
- First Class M.Sc. in any of the following:
- Life Sciences
- Zoology
- Biotechnology
- Molecular Biology
- Microbiology
- Pharmacology
- Toxicology
- Immunology
- Valid CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT JRF fellowship
Age Limit and Relaxation
- Maximum Age: 28 years (as on interview date)
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC candidates: 3 years
- Age and qualification will be counted on the date of interview
Fellowship and Tenure
- Selected candidates will work as JRF for the first 2 years
- Based on performance, they may be upgraded to Senior Research Fellow (SRF) for the remaining tenure
- Monthly stipend and allowances will be paid as per CSIR-UGC-NET norms
- Selected candidates may also be allowed to register for a PhD during the fellowship period
