Educational Qualification
- Junior Manager (Finance): Must have passed the respective recognized institutions’ final CA/CMA examination.

- Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation and an ITI certificate (minimum one year) approved by NCVT/SCVT.

- Junior Manager and Executive: 18 to 30 years.

Selection Process
The recruitment involves:
- Computer-Based Tests (CBT): Two stages for Junior Manager, Executive, and MTS.
