This appointment will be made purely on a contract basis for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- Candidates must be above 45 years and below 65 years as on the application date.
- Must be in good health.
Educational Qualification for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025:
- Must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet use, and typing in the local language.
Experience:
One of the following profiles is required:
- Retired/VRS opted Bank Officers from Nationalized Banks, SBI, or RRBs (preferably Scale I and above)
- Ex-servicemen or professionals (like retired government school teachers) with:
- Banking/financial services knowledge
- Completion of relevant IIBF certification course
- A minimum of 10 years of service experience as an officer
- A clean and unblemished service record
Note: Candidate should preferably reside in the same or a nearby district and possess excellent communication skills in the local language.
💰 Remuneration & Allowances
- The consolidated contract amount shall be:
- Either last drawn salary – pension, or
- ₹25,000/month, whichever is lower
- Additional fixed allowance of ₹1,000/month for mobile and conveyance
- No other allowances or benefits will be provided
