Educational Qualification for Bharat Petroleum Executive Recruitment 2025
- Applicants must hold the required degree/diploma relevant to the applied post, from an AICTEโapproved or UGCโrecognized institute .
- Degrees must be completed by the last date, and candidates must upload both consolidated mark sheet and degree certificate.
Age Limit
- Upper age limit for General & EWS: 32 years as of 1 May 2025
- Age relaxations for OBCโNCL, SC, ST, PwBD, ExโServicemen as per Presidential rules; cumulative relaxations up to 10 years.
Salary / Emoluments
- Two entry roles:
- Junior Executive: Pay Scale โน30,000โ120,000; CTC around โน11.86โฏlakhs/year at entry level.
- Associate Executive: Pay Scale โน40,000โ140,000; CTC ~โน16.64โฏlakhs/year
Benefits such as DA, HRA, allowances, retirement benefits, and performance-related bonuses are applicable as per company policy.

Selection Procedure
