Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna Company and India’s premier Professional Electronics company under the Ministry of Defence, requires the following personnel on temporary basis for its Military Radar SBU of Bangalore Complex. The detail of the post is mentioned below.

BE/ B Tech course from reputed Institute/University in the following Engineering disciplines –
- Electronics/ Electronic & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication/ Communication
- Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Minimum Percentage of Marks in BE / B Tech: Pass Class
Method of conversion of CGPA to percentage has to be indicated in the application form
POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE AS ON 01.04.2025: Minimum 2 Years
The candidates should have relevant post qualification Industrial experience. Experience in IP Networking, Helpdesk Management is desirable. Experience in IT Infrastructure Projects/ IP Networking / Data Centre Projects/CCTV Projects/Sensors based IOT Projects / any IP enabled Electronic / Software product Installation, Configuration, Maintenance or Product Support services are preferred.
Note: Teaching/Academic/Research work will not be considered as relevant post qualification industrial experience, experience in banking and financial institutions, nonprofit organisations and internship placements which are a part of academic curriculum will not be considered as experience. Work experience prior to completion of BE/B.Tech will also not qualify as post qualification experience. Candidates possessing Industrial experience only need to apply.

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT & REMUNERATION:
Project Engineer – I will be engaged initially for a period of Three years which may be extended up to a maximum of One year (including initial period) (Total 4 years) based on requirement and individual performance.
Consolidated Remuneration Per Month –
- 1st Year -Rs. 40,000/-
- 2nd Year -Rs. 45,000/-
- 3rd Year -Rs. 50,000/-
- 4th year -Rs. 55,000/-
Additional Benefits payable –
Area allowance* @ 10% of consolidated remuneration (per month) *Only to those candidates who will be posted to various sites and customer location Rs. 12000/- per year towards insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.
METHOD OF SELECTION:
Selection will be through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test. The venue for the Written Test/ Interview will be at Guwahati / Tezpur, Assam.
85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% for the interview. Candidates in the ratio of 1:5 based on the performance in the written test shall be called for the Interview.
The names of candidates shortlisted for Written Test / Interview and final selections will be notified on our Company’s website.
The Written Test/ Interview call letters will be sent through email only.
