Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/BE/BSc Engg (4 Years)/MSc/MCA in relevant branches:
- Electronics / ECE / E&TC

- Degree must be from AICTE/UGC approved colleges or recognized universities.
Post-Qualification Experience (as on 01.09.2025)
- FOE (DC Support/IT Support Staff): Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT/DC support.
- Project Engineer: Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support/helpdesk.
- Trainee Engineer: Minimum 1 year experience in IT support roles.
Age Relaxation
- OBC (NCL): +3 years
- SC/ST: +5 years
- PwBD: +10 years (in addition to category relaxation)
Tenure of Engagement
- FOE / Project Engineer: 2 years, extendable up to 4 years.
- Trainee Engineer: 2 years, extendable up to 3 years.
Salary & Allowances
- FOE: ₹60,000/month (1st year) + ₹5,000 increment/year
- Project Engineer – I: ₹40,000/month (1st year) + ₹5,000 increment/year
- Trainee Engineer – I: ₹30,000/month (1st year) + ₹5,000 increment/year
Additional Benefits:
- FOE: 10% area allowance + ₹20,000/year (medical insurance, attire, footwear, etc.)
- PE/TE: 10% area allowance + ₹12,000/year (insurance & allowances)
Selection Procedure for Bharat Electronics Limited Vacancy 2025
- Trainee Engineer:
- Written Test (100 marks, negative marking ¼ per wrong answer)
- Final merit based on written test.
- FOE & Project Engineer:
- Written Test + Interview (85% weightage written, 15% interview).
- Shortlisting for interview in 1:5 ratio.
