Salary / Remuneration
- Year 1: ₹40,000/- per month
- Year 2: ₹45,000/- per month
- Year 3: ₹50,000/- per month
- Year 4: ₹55,000/- per month
- Additional Benefits: ₹12,000/- annually (for insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance, etc.)
- Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000/- (₹25,000/- per year) payable after completion of 4 years.
(Candidates with prior experience as Trainee Engineers in BEL may be inducted directly as Project Engineer-II with a different pay structure.)
Educational Qualification
- Essential: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (4-year Engineering degree) from an AICTE/UGC recognized institution/university with Pass Class in the following disciplines:
- Electronics: Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, Telecommunication.
- Computer Science: Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology.
- Electrical: Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Candidates must compulsorily provide final/provisional degree certificates.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification industrial experience (as on 01.09.2025).
- Relevant experience includes:
- IP Networking, Data Centre Projects, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, IoT-based systems.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, or product support in electronics/software systems.
(Internships, academic project work, and experience prior to obtaining the essential qualification will not be considered.)

- Configuration, updation, and maintenance of IP-enabled systems (sensors, cameras, radars, controllers, etc.).
- Management of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, UPS, CCTV, fire control systems, etc.).
- Support for command & control centers and associated networks.
- Troubleshooting, client interaction, complaint resolution, documentation, and audit compliance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel across India.
