Educational Qualification
- B.E/B.Tech (4-year course) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering/Cyber Security/Information Systems, etc. from a recognized university/institution.
- Candidates must have passed in Pass Class & above for GEN/EWS/OBC categories, and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD categories.
- Desirable Knowledge: C++, Java, Algorithm Development, Python, Software Documentation, Software Testing, etc.
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
- Maximum Age: 28 years for General/EWS candidates.
- Relaxations:
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD (40% or more disability): 10 years (in addition to category relaxation).
Salary Structure for Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment 2025
The consolidated remuneration for Trainee Engineer–I will be:
- 1st Year: ₹30,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: ₹35,000/- per month
- 3rd Year: ₹40,000/- per month (if extended)
Additional Benefits:
- Area Allowance (10% of remuneration) for postings at sites/customer locations.
- ₹12,000/- per year towards medical insurance, attire allowance, stitching, and footwear allowance.
- Maternity leave as per rules.
- Lunch allowance of ₹150/- per day when deployed outside factory premises.
Tenure of Engagement
- Initially for 2 years, extendable up to 3 years based on project requirements and individual performance.
Selection Procedure
- Mode: Walk-in selection (only for pre-registered candidates).
- Venue: Central Research Laboratory, Ghaziabad.
- Date & Time: 26 September 2025, 08:00 AM (entry closed after 08:30 AM).
- Screening will be based on application details, certificates, and interview performance.
