Bharat Electronics Deputy Engineer Recruitment 2025: BHARAT ELECTRONICS LIMITED MACHILIPATNAM (A Govt. of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defense), has released a notification for the recruitment of Deputy Manager (Electronics & Mechanical).
Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna and India’s premier Professional Electronics Company requires Engineering professionals for the post of Deputy Engineer on fixed tenure basis for a period of 5 Years for its Machilipatnam Unit.

Educational Qualification (Bharat Electronics Deputy Engineer Recruitment 2025):
What are the educational qualification for the engagement of BEL –in detail below;
Deputy Engineer (Electronics): Candidates should have completed B.E / B.Tech / AMIE / GIETE / B.Sc Engineering (4 year course) in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunications / Communication/ Telecommunication from a recognised Institute/University. General / OBC / EWS candidates should have secured first class and SC / ST / PwBD candidates should have secured pass class.
Deputy Engineer (Mechanical): Candidates should have completed B.E / B. Tech / AMIE / GIETE / B.Sc Engineering (4 year course) in Mechanical from a recognised Institute/University. General / OBC / EWS candidates should have secured first class and SC / ST / PwBD candidates should have secured pass class.
Age Limit (Upper age limit as on 01.02.2025*):
- General / EWS– 28 years
- OBC- 31 years
- SC/ST- 33 years
REMUNERATION:
The selected candidates will be inducted in the Pay Scale of Rs. 40,000-3%- 1,40,000.
In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as Perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, Provident Fund as per the Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package. Annual CTC will be Rs. 11.67 Lakhs (approx.).

Method of selection for the Bharat Electronics Deputy Engineer Recruitment:
Selection will be through Computer based test and interview. The assessment weightage will be 85% and 15% for Computer based test and interview respectively. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and whose online applications have been accepted will be provisionally shortlisted for Computer based test. The eligible candidates will be required to appear for Computer based test for 85 marks consisting of:
Part I: General Awareness: 15 Marks – comprises 15 questions of general mental ability and aptitude to logical reasoning, analytical, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills and general knowledge
Part II: Technical / Trade Aptitude: 70 marks – comprises of 70 questions Technical/Professional knowledge Test having specific questions from respective degree.
