Eligibility Criteria

- Who Can Apply:
- Retired officers of Bank of India or other PSU banks (from Scale I, II, or III and above).
- Ex-servicemen as per RBI guidelines.
- Age Limit:
- Not exceeding 64 years at the time of appointment.
- Preference:
- Officers with experience in rural credit, branch operations, or those with a background in financial literacy activities.
- Candidates residing in the local area where the FLC is situated.
Salary & Remuneration:
What are the salary amount for the engagement of BOI –in detail below;
- Fixed Monthly Remuneration: ₹26,000/- per month (subject to conditions).
- Additional Allowances:
- ₹500 per month for telephone expenses.
- Travel Reimbursement: ₹3,500/month as lump sum in lieu of actual conveyance bills.
- Expected to conduct minimum 8 outdoor camps monthly.
Key Responsibilities (Bank of India Recruitment 2025)
- Conduct financial literacy camps and counseling sessions on topics related to:
- Financial products
- Banking services
- Digital transactions
- Minimum 8 outdoor camps per month, excluding indoor sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold BOI’s reputation at all times.
Working Days & Timing
- Working Days: 6 days/week (except Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays).
- Expected to devote minimum 8 working hours per day.
- Must be physically fit and medically cleared by a Government Hospital.
Additional Conditions
- Candidate’s integrity must be proven and clean during service.
- Must be fluent in the local language (reading, writing, speaking).
- Should not be working in any other role/assignment or with another organization.
- Contract will be terminated immediately if misconduct is detected.
