Airports Authority of India Recruitment 2025: The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has released an official notification (Advt. No. 09/2025/CHQ) for the recruitment of Junior Executives through GATE 2023, GATE 2024, and GATE 2025. AAI, a Schedule “A” Mini Ratna Category-I PSU, plays a crucial role in creating, maintaining, and managing civil aviation infrastructure both on the ground and in the airspace across the country.

AAI has announced a total of 976 vacancies for Junior Executive positions across multiple disciplines. The details are as follows:
- Junior Executive (Architecture): 11 Posts
- Junior Executive (Engineering – Civil): 199 Posts
- Junior Executive (Engineering – Electrical): 208 Posts
- Junior Executive (Electronics): 527 Posts
- Junior Executive (Information Technology): 31 Posts
Total Vacancies: 976
Reservation is applicable for UR, EWS, OBC (NCL), SC, ST, and PwBD categories as per government norms.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, IT) from a recognized University/Institution.
- Valid GATE 2023/2024/2025 score in the respective discipline is mandatory.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 27 years as on 1st September 2025.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules (OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years, PwBD – 10 years).
Salary
Selected candidates will be placed in the E-1 Grade with a pay scale of:
- ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000/-
- Additional perks include Dearness Allowance, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical benefits, and other allowances as per AAI rules.
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting will be based on GATE 2023/2024/2025 scores.
- Document verification, followed by medical examination.
- Final merit list will be prepared discipline-wise.
