Airports Authority of India Recruitment 2025: The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has announced recruitment for the post of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) through Advertisement No. 02/2025/CHQ. AAI plays a key role in managing and upgrading civil aviation infrastructure and air traffic across India and is recognized as a Mini Ratna (Category-1) enterprise.
Total Vacancies: 309
The category-wise distribution of vacancies is as follows:
- Unreserved (UR): 125
- Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 30
- OBC (NCL): 72
- SC: 55
- ST: 27
- PwBD: 14 vacancies across categories A, B, and C
Note: The number of vacancies is tentative and may be revised at the discretion of AAI.
Eligibility Criteria for Airports Authority of India Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
Applicants must have:
- A full-time Bachelor’s Degree of three years in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Mathematics,
OR - A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any discipline (Physics & Mathematics must be subjects in at least one semester).
Candidates must have proficiency in both spoken and written English, and must have passed English in either 10th or 12th standard.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit is 27 years as of the closing date of the application.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen, etc.).
Suitable Categories for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
As per the functional requirements, persons with the following benchmark disabilities are eligible (subject to medical standards and no major movement restrictions):
- Acid attack victims
- Hearing impairment
- Communication disabilities

Pay Scale and Benefits
The selected candidates for the Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control) post will receive:
- Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)
- Along with other allowances such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Medical benefits, Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc., as per AAI rules.
