India Exim Bank Job Notification 2025: Export-Import Bank of India [The Bank] is an all-India premier financial institution engaged in financing, facilitating and promoting India’s international trade. Applications are invited for two positions as mentioned in this advertisement.
India Exim Bank has released a notification for the recruitmrnt of Compliance Officer – Chief General Manager & Chief Economist (on Contract).

Eligibility Criteria (as of 31 May 2025)
- Compliance Officer – Chief GM (Permanent Role)
Educational Qualification:
The candidate must be holding a Master’s degree in economics from a recognized University. Doctorate degree in Economics / Banking / Finance from a recognized University will be preferable.
Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) in both Graduation and Post Graduation.
- Experience: ≥ 25 years overall, including ≥ 15 years post-CS qualification in a commercial bank, financial institution, or reputed corporate
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Chief Economist (Contractual Role)
- Qualification: Master’s in Economics; PhD in Economics/Banking/Finance preferred; ≥ 60% aggregate marks
- Experience: ≥ 25 years as an economist in a bank, financial institution, corporate organization, or rating agency. Publications in reputed journals an added advantage
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
Compensation & Benefits for India Exim Bank Job Notification 2025:
As applicable to an officer in Grade / Scale TE VII (Chief General Manager). Presently the pay scale in Grade / Scale TE VII is ₹ 156500-4340-173860 (per month).
Additionally, there are several allowances, Bank’s accommodation, car and staff welfare benefits available.
₹ 42 lakh per annum with annual increments. The compensation has fixed and variable components in the ratio of 70:30.
