๐ Eligibility Criteria for BCPL Recruitment 2025
- Educational Qualifications:
The minimum educational requirements vary by post, but generally include:
- Deputy General Manager (Fire & Safety):
- Bachelorโs Degree in Engineering (Fire/Fire & Safety)
- Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Labour Institute recognized by the Govt. of India
- Other Executive Posts (E-1 & E-0 Grades):
- Engineering Degrees in respective fields (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, IT, etc.)
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, or related discipline for Finance & Accounts
- Science Degree with relevant specialization for Officer (Laboratory)
- Experience:
- Deputy General Manager: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in large industries, preferably in Oil/Gas/ETP sectors.
- Senior Engineers/Officers (E-1 Grade): Freshers or professionals with relevant experience as required.
- Officer (Laboratory): Specific qualifications and experience details not fully shown in the image but will typically require relevant laboratory skills.

- Deputy General Manager: Up to 50 years

- Deputy General Manager (E-6 Grade):

- Officer (E-0 Grade):
