Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment 2025: DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION LTD (DMRC), (A Joint Venture of the Govt. of India and the Govt. of the NCT of Delhi) has released a notification for the recruitment of Supervisor/CIVIL (Bridge), for DMRC, on post retirement contractual engagement basis.
To meet with the immediate requirement of DMRC and its allied projects, applications are invited from working in or, retired experienced, dynamic and motivated persons having experience in bridge inspection/ maintenance/ construction of bridges in the Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Metro Organization, for filling up the post of Supervisors at various level, on Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis:

Eligibility Criteria for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment:
Full time three Years diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering, or, Mechanical Engineering or, in equivalent trade from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
Candidate should have experience of working in Bridge inspection/ maintenance/ construction of Bridges in the Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Metro Organization in the desired pay scale as detailed in para (2.1) below and should be conversant with functioning in a computerized environment. Candidate should be free from D&AR and Vigilance angle.
The candidates, who are in regular service in the Indian Railways/ PSUs/ Metro organization at present, will also be considered eligible provided they opt for retirement from the service through VRS or otherwise before joining DMRC.
Age Limit: (As on 01.03.2025)
Min. 55 years & Max. 62 years
Pay Scale with Eligibility Criteria (as on 01/03/2025):
Supervisors working in or, retired from the regular CDA pay scale at Level-7 (Rs. 44900- 142400) (pre-revised G.P.-Rs.4600), or, higher in supervisory grade, as per the 7th CPC, from the Indian Railways/PSUs/ Metro Organization, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 15 (Fifteen) years’ service at Supervisory level in the relevant field.
OR,
Supervisors working in or, retired from the regular IDA pay scale of Rs.46000-145000/-, or, Rs. 50000- 160000/- (supervisory grade), in Indian Railways/PSUs/ Metro Organization, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 15 (Fifteen) years’ service at Supervisory level in the relevant field.
The selected candidate on post- retirement contractual engagement basis shall be eligible for consolidated remuneration as mentioned below, based on their corresponding retired substantive grade, HRA/Lease facility and other benefits as per the company policy:
JOB DESCRIPTION for Delhi Metro Rail Recruitment:
The incumbent of the post shall be responsible for all bridge inspections and bridge works pertaining to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Project.
TERM OF ENGAGEMENT:
The engagement on Post Retirement contractual basis, initially shall be for a period of one year. The contractual tenure may be extended further, subject to the requirement of the corporation, on the basis of satisfactory performance.

SCHEDULE OF SELECTION:
- Last date of receipt of duly filled in application (along with relevant documents) through Speed post is 01/04/2025. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected. DMRC shall not be responsible for loss/delay in post.
- The list of shortlisted candidates shall be uploaded on DMRC website in the Second week of April, 2025 (tentatively) and interview will be held in the Third week of April, 2025, at Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi or through online mode (tentatively) (Complete details will be displayed on the DMRC website).
- No separate communication, by post, shall be sent to the candidates individually. Candidates are required to go through the instructions / schedule of interview displayed on the DMRC website and appear for interview, accordingly.
- The final result will be declared by fourth week of April, 2025 (tentatively).
