- Deputy Manager – Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC)

Educational Qualification for BEL Deputy Manager Recruitment
Candidates must hold one of the following degrees from an AICTE-approved institution or a recognized university:
- B.E. / B.Tech
- M.E. / M.Tech
Required specializations include:
- Aerospace Engineering
- Aeronautical Engineering
Only candidates whose degree specialization exactly matches the advertised discipline will be considered.
Experience Requirement
Applicants must possess significant industrial experience after qualification:
- For B.E./B.Tech holders: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- For M.E./M.Tech holders: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Academic teaching, internships, research roles, and trainee experience are not considered valid industrial experience for this recruitment.
Age Limit and Relaxation

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in the following pay scale:
- ₹60,000 to ₹1,80,000 (with annual increment of 3%)

- Written Test

Weightage distribution:
- Written Test: 85%
- Interview: 15%
