ECIL Recruitment 2026: The Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL) has released an official recruitment notification inviting online applications for Technician and Supervisor posts on a fixed-tenure contract basis. The recruitment is being conducted under Advt. No. 03/2026, dated 6 January 2026.
These appointments are for ECIL’s business verticals located in Hyderabad, and the engagement will initially be for one year, extendable up to four years based on project requirements and performance.

Total Technician Vacancies: 13
Educational Qualification:
Qualification: ITI in relevant trade
Experience: Generally 5 years (3 years for candidates with CNC Machining Technician certification)
Candidates with additional certification in CNC operation, CMM operation, welding inspection, or experience in Aerospace / Nuclear / Defence sectors will have an advantage.
Supervisor on Contract
Posts include:
- CNC Programming Supervisor
- Maintenance Supervisor
- Draftsman Supervisor (3D Modelling & Drafting)
Total Supervisor Vacancies: 7
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering (post-specific)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field
Candidates with CAD/CAM or CNC Programming certifications will be given preference.
Age Limit & Qualification Criteria for ECIL Recruitment
- Maximum age (UR): 35 years
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- ITI / Diploma: 60% aggregate
- SC / ST candidates: 50% aggregate (where applicable)
Age Relaxation
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- SC / ST: 5 years
- PwBD (40% or more disability): Additional 10 years
- J&K domicile (1980–1989): 5 years

Technician on Contract
- Year 1: ₹30,000
- Year 2: ₹32,000
- Year 3: ₹34,000
- Year 4: ₹36,000
Supervisor on Contract
- Year 1: ₹35,000
- Year 2: ₹37,000
- Year 3: ₹39,000
- Year 4: ₹41,000

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on ITI/Diploma marks (1:4 ratio, category-wise)

- Skill / Trade Test + Viva: 40 marks
Experience from internships or academic projects will not be counted as post-qualification experience.
