IPPB Recruitment 2023: India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) has released a notification for the recruitment of various posts. The name of the posts is Deputy General Manager(Finance and Accounts), Assistant General Manager (Business Solutions Group, Operations), Manager (Security Administration), Senior Manager(Security Administration/Architect), Chief Manager (Fraud Monitoring, Information Technology), etc.

Name of Vacancies:-

India Post Payment Bank, a famous state-owned bank under the central government, has issued a notification for the recruitment of staff in various branch offices across the country.• Deputy General Manager (Finance and Accounts)

• Assistant General Manager (Business Solutions Group, Operations)

• Manager (Security Administration)

Senior Manager (Security Administration/Architect)

• Chief Manager (Fraud Monitoring, Information Technology)

Educational Qualification and Age Limit (IPPB Recruitment 2023):-

The educational qualification along with other qualifications required to apply for the above vacancies published by India Post Payment Bank are-

Assistant General Manager (Business Solutions Group, Operations)-

To apply for the post of Assistant General Manager (Business Solutions Group), the job seeker must have completed Bachelor’s degree from any government-recognized university. Also should have at least 12 years of working experience in related positions. However, if an applicant has previous work experience in a bank such as Master Card, Visa, Payments Bank, etc. then he will get preference in this case.

To apply for the post of Operations, the job seeker must have completed Bachelor’s degree from any government-recognized university. Also should have at least 12 years of working experience in related positions. For both posts, the age of the applicant should be between 32-45 years.

Deputy General Manager (Finance and Accounts)-

To apply for this post, job aspirants must have passed Chartered Accountancy from ICAI. Also should have at least 15 years of working experience in the relevant post. To apply for this post, the age of the job seeker should be between 35-55 years.

Manager (Security Administration)-

To apply for this post, the job seeker must have passed B.Sc in Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, and Information Technology. Or must have passed B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, and Information Technology. Or should have passed M.Sc in Electronics, Physics, and Applied Electronics. To apply for this post, the age of the job seeker should be between 23-35 years.

Senior Manager (Security Administration/Architect)-

To apply for this post, the job seeker must have passed B.Sc in any Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Or must have passed B.E/B.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science, and Information Technology. Or should have passed M.Sc in Electronics, Physics, and Applied Electronics. To apply for this post, the age of the job seeker should be between 26-35 years.

Chief Manager (Fraud Monitoring, Information Technology)-

To apply for this post, the job seeker must have completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. Or must have completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science. Also should have working experience of at least 9 years in the relevant post. To apply for this post, the age of the job seeker should be between 29-45 years.

Application Process:-

To apply for the above vacancies published by India Post Payments Bank, the applicant has to apply online. The steps to be followed for that are-

1. First, you have to search by directly clicking on the official website: link
2. Then enter the website and click on the Careers option from there.
3. Then there will be an option called Apply now, click on it and a new window will open.
4. Then click on the “Click Here For New Registration” link in that window and complete the registration with your name, a valid email id, and phone number.
5. Once the registration is done, a User Id and Password will be given by the concerned bank and you have to log in with that.
6. After that, the online application form will appear, fill the form with the required information according to the specified place and click on the Next Button.
7. After that, one by one, you have to scan and upload all the other necessary documents including the necessary educational qualification documents and click on the Next Button again.
8. Finally, General category candidates pay Tk 750, and SC, ST, and PWD candidates pay Tk 150 as an application fee through the online submission and click on submit button, the application will be done.
9. Finally, one printout of the filled application form and the receipt copy of the application fee should be taken out and kept with themselves.

Documents required:-

All the required documents to be scanned and uploaded while applying online are-

1. Scanned secondary school admit card or birth certificate as proof of age.
2. Scanned front page of Aadhaar Card/Voter Card/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/ Bank with photo as photo ID proof.
3. Scanning of marks sheet and certificate of secondary, higher secondary, and graduation degree pass.
4. Scan the cast certificate if any.
5. Scanning of Work Experience Certificate.
6. Scanning of proof of physical disability in case of disabled candidates.
7. Scanned copy of the recent colored passport-size photograph.
8. Scanning of Computer Course Certificate.
9. Scanning left a thumb impression.
10. Scanning of self-declaration certificate.

Recruitment Procedure:-

Candidates applying for the job here will be appointed to the job only through interviews without any written test.
