Tripura Santiniketan Medical College & Hospital is set to become a major hub of health awareness, culture, and community celebration as it hosts a series of large-scale events from 23rd to 26th January 2026. The four-day programme will include SMC MedExpo-2.0 (Tripura), Santiniketan Mela, and the college cultural fest Arrhythmia 2K26.
The events will take place at the Tripura Santiniketan Medical College & Hospital campus, Madhuban, Ranirkhamar, Agartala, and are open to the general public.
SMC MedExpo-2.0: Focus on Healthcare and Innovation
The SMC MedExpo-2.0, scheduled for 23rd and 24th January, aims to bring together healthcare professionals, students, and the community to explore the latest developments in medical science and health technology.

Running alongside the MedExpo from 23rd to 26th January, the Santiniketan Mela will highlight local culture, traditional handicrafts, food, and small-scale entrepreneurship.
Organised by Tripura Santiniketan Medical College in association with Positive Barta, the mela provides a platform for artisans, food vendors, and small business owners to showcase their products to a wide and diverse audience, including students, faculty members, dignitaries, and visitors.
Arrhythmia 2K26: College Cultural Fest
Following the MedExpo, the college will host its annual cultural fest Arrhythmia 2K26 on 25th and 26th January 2026. The fest will feature cultural performances, student competitions, and creative showcases, celebrating youth talent and cultural diversity.
