This recruitment is on a regular basis and invites applications from eligible candidates across India.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience for Bank of Baroda Recruitment
- Chief Manager – Investor Relations
- Qualification (Mandatory): Graduate in Economics/Commerce.
- Preferred: CA/MBA/EPGM/Certified General Management Executive from IIM or reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking/brokerage with at least 2 years in investor relations, corporate communications, or related roles.
- Age: 30–40 years.
- Manager – Trade Finance Operations
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Preferred: Certificate in FOREX (IIBF), CDCS, CITF or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Trade Finance Operations in Public/Private/Foreign banks.
- Age: 24–34 years.
- Manager – Forex Acquisition & Relationship
- Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (recognized by Govt./AICTE).
- Preferred: CDCS / CITF / MBA / PGDM (Finance, Marketing, or Trade Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banks, with at least 1 year in Trade Finance Operations.
- Age: 26–36 years.
- Senior Manager – Forex Acquisition & Relationship
- Qualification: Graduation + Two-year full-time MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Banking/Finance/Trade Finance.
- Preferred: Certificate in FOREX (IIBF), CDCS / CITF.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in banks, with at least 3 years in Trade Finance.
- Age: 29–39 years.
Reservation & Relaxation
- Reservation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD categories.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC (NCL) – 3 years
- PwD – 10 to 15 years (depending on category)
- Ex-servicemen & persons affected by 1984 riots – as per Govt. norms.
Salary & Pay Scale
- MMG/S-II: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
- MMG/S-III: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280
- SMG/S-IV: ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940
